Package Includes
5 hours of time.
Please note: time will also be required at the beginning of the project for training and script preparation, which will be taken from the package hours.
Call Volume
On average, I make between 10–15 calls per hour.
However, this can vary depending on the type of project, the quality of conversations, and how long each call takes.

Provide Contact List
Please send a list of contacts with UK telephone numbers only.
You can send the full list or just enough numbers to cover the session.
TPS & CTPS Screening
All numbers must be screened against the TPS and CTPS registers.
If your list has not been screened, you can purchase an additional screening service for £10 (up to 100 numbers) and I will check them for you.
Project Brief
We will agree together on the project brief and the best approach for the calls.
Call Reporting
I will produce a detailed, colour-coded spreadsheet from your data, including:
Call outcomes
Notes and comments
Contact names (where obtained)
Email addresses (where obtained)
Suggested follow-up actions
Recommended Process for Cold Campaigns
For the best results, I recommend the following approach:
Initial call to introduce the opportunity.
Send information by email if the contact agrees.
Follow up with a call approximately one week later.
Please note: emailing and follow-up calls are not included in this package.
