Monthly Telemarketing Package - 40 hours
Book your telemarketing in advance to secure your time each month.
The time can be taken in slots of 2 to 5 hours at a time.
Time needs to be taken within 6 weeks.
We will agree at the time of booking available times/days for the month.
The first package please allow for 1 hour of time for training and writing of script
I normally call between 10 and 20 clients per hour.
For some projects I will make fewer calls, it really does depends on who I am calling and how long each call takes.
The Process:
First please send me a list of contacts with telephone numbers (UK only). You can send me the total amount or enough just for the session.
Numbers need to be screened against TPS and CTPS registers.
If they have not been screened please purchase an additional screen package of £10 for up to 100 numbers and I will check them for you.
Together we will agree on the brief and the best way to approach the calls.
I will produce a detailed colour coded spreadsheet from your data and I will add comments and were obtained, names, email addresses and follow up actions.
For cold projects for best results, I would suggest calling the contact, email with information if agreed, then chase this up 1 week later. ( emailing is not included in the package or follow up, I can do this for an additional £30 per hour)
